That is THE question driving the Harvard Business School Healthcare Innovation Challenge, an open forum competition held jointly with Harvard Medical School that is seeking healthcare innovations like health information technology that are ready to scale up and make a difference.

Indianapolis-based hc1.com is participating in the challenge with its healthcare cloud software. The public is invited to advise the judges of the Health Acceleration Challenge by reading the applications and digitally “applauding” their favorites. Applications include a variety of media like videos and case studies. It’s quite an impressive collection of ideas and innovations with 478 participating organizations.
